In accordance with Article 13 and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation", I hereby inform you that:

Unless you have provided us with your personal data in person, your personal data has been obtained by the Company from your employer, contractor or contractor of your employer;

Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of performing the contract by the Company, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) or (f) of the Regulation. The Company's legal interest justifying the right to process your personal data consists in obtaining from you or on your behalf the data and information necessary for the performance of the concluded agreement, determining the terms of cooperation, establishing or maintaining business contacts.

Your personal data may also be processed to comply with the Company's legal obligations under accounting and tax laws, as well as the International Standard ISO 37001 on the management of anti-corruption activities and the internal Code of Ethics.

In the case of data processing based on your consent, the data will be processed only for the purpose for which it was obtained (e.g. sending information about news and events organized by the Company). The consent may be withdrawn at any time by
a statement made to the Company, which does not affect the lawfulness of the process until the consent is withdrawn.

The personal data obtained by the Company concerning you include your name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, address of the place of work or business activity; this data does not constitute sensitive data.

In the event of an intention to process your personal data for purposes other than those indicated above, the Company will be obliged to demonstrate an appropriate legal basis for such processing.

Your personal data will not be made available by the Company to third parties, only to authorized state authorities.

The Company does not intend to transfer your data to third countries.

If you provide us with your data yourself, this transfer is voluntary, but refusal to provide them may result in the inability of the Company to conclude and perform the agreement.

Your personal data will be processed by the Company for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and the limitation period for claims related to this agreement, unless the law requires processing for a longer period.

In the situations indicated in the Regulation, you have the right to access your personal data, request their rectification, deletion or restriction, as well as the right to object to the processing and request their transfer to another personal data controller, if the processing is carried out by automated means.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if the processing of your personal data by the Company violates the provisions of the Regulation.

The Company does not plan to make decisions that will be based solely on automated processing, including profiling, of your personal data and will cause legal effects against you or similarly affect you.

2. For what purpose is the data processed?

Your personal data, i.e. name and surname, company name, e-mail address and other data that you provide in the contact form, will be processed in order to respond to the message sent to us pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) Regulation, i.e. as part of the implementation of the Company's legitimate interest consisting in the possibility of providing answers to a question concerning our activity or establishing and maintaining relations within the framework of cooperation.

In the event of the intention or necessity to process your personal data for purposes other than those indicated above, the Company will be obliged to demonstrate an appropriate legal basis for such processing.

3. Who can the data be shared with?

The Company does not intend to transfer your data to other entities or to third countries.

4. How long will the data be processed?

Your personal data will be processed by the Company during the period of maintaining current relations, e.g. responding to an inquiry, presenting an offer of cooperation, exchanging correspondence and, after the termination of the relationship, until the expiry of the limitation period, any claims arising from the above-mentioned relationship; in any case, however, we will cease processing your personal data after you have filed an effective objection to the processing. 5. Is it necessary to transfer data?

The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide your name and e-mail address will result in the inability to contact us.

Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to access your personal data, request their rectification, deletion or restriction of their processing, as well as the right to object to processing.
